This was done at least a week in advance. The agent was given the confirmation number for the two night stay. Unfortunately, I could not stay so I called to cancel the reservation with an agent at the hotel.
I made sure when I made the reservation I could cancel without penalty.
I booked a stay at Morongo for November 22 - 23.
