As a condition of participating in the World Tavern Poker OPEN 30 (the “Event”) and in consideration for being permitted to participate in the Event, you (the “Entrant”) agree to release, discharge indemnify and hold harmless World Tavern Entertainment, LLC (collectively the “Host”), and their respective affiliates, business partners and all their affiliates, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, managers, directors, members, shareholders and employees (the “Hosts’ Affiliates”), from and against any injuries, losses (personal property, monetary or otherwise), gambling losses or winnings, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Event.
